Shipping

All our orders are shipped and dispatched the moment it is approved from our age check specialists. This is usually pretty quick, and shouldn’t impede your orders. More can be read on our age check page. Orders outside mainland UK may be delayed due to reasons out of our control.

We try to dispatch all order by 1pm GMT.

Any order received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the next working day.

We only ship items Monday – Friday.

If you order after 1pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your item will be dispatched the following Monday.

Our shipping standards are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 48 tracked 2-3 day service for £4.50
  • Yodel 2 – 3 day delivery £3.50
  • Royal Mail 24 tracked 1-2 day service for £6.00
  • Free shipping by Yodel 48 hour for for all orders over £20.00 

Occasionally we may send your order via a different method but will still be tracked

Also sometimes your delivery may be in 2 separate delivery if you order more than one product

Some products may require special licenses or permits to import and we won’t be responsible for products rejected or confiscated by your local customs.

Please note that international shipping duration is an estimate only, and it may vary from country to country. On some occasions, it may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

Returns

Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item. Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued.

Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty

What can’t be returned

The below items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy unless faulty or not as described

  • Coils
  • Opened bottles of liquid
  • Personalised products

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items Purchased

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty or you are having problems with an item you have purchased please send an email to info@smithvape.store. A team member will help resolve the problem or supply you with the necessary returns forms.

Please Note: All returns for both unwanted or faulty items must be logged via info@smithvape.store. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted under any circumstances

Return Address

To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to: Smith Vape Store, 21 Dickens Road, Coppull, Chorley PR7 5BJ. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless stated otherwise. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within 3-5 workings days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel a order prior to shipping please notify us via info@smithvape.store before 1.00pm. If you notify us after 1.00pm we may not be able to cancel the order.

If the order has been dispatched you still have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. Please follow the returns procedure above to arrange for your items to be returned and a refund issued.
